Program Cancelation/Refund Policy
A full refund (less any non-refundable charges) will be given if the department receives at least two weeks notification and is able to fill the vacant spot. A 25% fee (from the total registration amount) will be assessed if the participant does not give two weeks notice. A 50% fee will be assessed if notification is one week or less to the date of the event. There will be no refund given on the day of the event or any-time thereafter.
Last minute program cancelations due to weather: Whenever possible, a message will be left on the Park Office voicemail at least two hours prior to the event if it is canceled. We will make every effort to contact participants for programs canceled; however, due to the large number of participants in some programs the Parks & Recreation Department may not call participants for weather related cancelations.
