Swim Team 2018

  • Stress-free environment, emphasis on stroke technique and good sportsmanship


  • Parents are needed to participate in all team involvement (Ex: timing at swim meets, concessions, lining kids up for races).


  • Tymor Swim Team competes in the Hudson Valley Lake League during the summer months.


  • All swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool unassisted in order to qualify for the team.


  • Cost of swimsuit not included in fee.


  • Tymor Swim Team Shirt is included in the registration fee this year. Additional shirts can be purchased on-site once the season begins.


  • Organizational meeting to determine season dates & meets will be held on JUNE 8th from 6:30-7:30p.m..


  • 2018 Practices will be held Mondays & Tuesdays (7pm-8:15pm) and Wednesdays & Thursdays (8am-9am).


  • Home meets will always be held on Saturdays, usually between 8am-12pm.


  • Away meets will be held during the week, times vary.


  • Parents provide transportation to each meet.


  • Coming to each swim meet is highly encouraged. We suggest that if your child cannot attend a meet, you let us know in advance so the meet schedule can be organized properly.
