Water Aerobics

Join us on Wednesdays from 7:00-7:45 for Beginner Water Aerobics. Taught by a certified instructor, this class will incorporate low cardio, muscle toning, strengthening, and balance exercises for beginners.

Please bring everything you would normally need to swim:bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, etc.

You will also need water and it is HIGHLY recommended that you use water shoes during class.

Please note that class will be cancelled in the event of cold water temperatures or storms. We will make our best efforts to reschedule classes, if possible, but cannot guarantee make-up classes. No refunds will be issued for cancelled classes.
